We sat down with reward and performance expert David Ellis for an impromptu chat about the importance of financial wellbeing, including what you should and shouldn’t be communicating:

“Communication and engagement represents about 90% of the issue (this is not an empirical percentage – more ‘gut feel’). The employer is implementing a financial wellbeing strategy. This is a long term change programme and it will stand or fall on the success or otherwise of the communication and engagement that underpins the message.”
