A company without a strong governance and compliance framework is like a building without solid foundations and groundwork – it will always be vulnerable to instability or collapse.
Similarly, a governance and compliance framework is only as strong as the voice we give it. The best framework and policies sat idle are just not enough.
So, the question is, are we doing enough to ensure governance and compliance are embedded in organisational culture at all levels, empowering employees to live and breathe the key principles?
