A survey of 10,000 UK and European workers on their most valued rewards found that:
- A company-sponsored pension scheme is top of the list, with 75% saying this is a major consideration when mulling over a job option.
- Followed, not far behind, by flexible hours or a four-day working week (63%).
- Between 58% and 59% list paid self-care days, miscarriage leave and private dental insurance among the things they’d favour in a new employer.
What struck us the most is the fairly even split of financial and non-financial perks. We think some of that could be because different rewards speak to different lifestyles and priorities.
